Banorte keeps migrating its product offering towards its Digital Banking platform

As part of its commitment towards financial inclusion, Banorte increased its personalized product promotion using 100% digital channels; therefore, our clients do not need to visit a branch to hire these products.

Today,existing Banorte’s clients can hire pre-approved credit products (credit cards, payroll loans, auto loans, and SME loans), hire insurance and investment products, as well as increase existing credit lines through the mobile app, web banking, e-mail, customer call center, SMS messages and ATMs.

The client receives a personalized offering through any of the aforementioned channels, thus avoiding massive, inefficient, and bothersome promotional campaigns.  This strategy has increased acceptance rate from 2% to 25% in only one year.
