Since 2019, the Sustainability Committee meets semiannually. By now, it is formed by twelve C-Suites and a representative of the Internal Audit department. Its functions include:
- Define the Group's sustainability strategy and action plan.
- Periodically review sustainability policies.
- Promote ESG issues.
- Set goals and follow up on results.
- Integrate ESG aspects into business risks.
- Communicate relevant sustainability issues related inside and outside the Group.
- Promote strategic alliances inside and outside the Group.
- Encourage employee's engagement in sustainability initiatives.
